Methodologies:
We follow few proven and standard methodologies
for delivering custom application. For small business
enterprise custom application, RUP
(Rational Unified Process) is used to deliver the
end-to-end application. This includes requirement
analysis and designing with 1-2 iterations depending
on complexities. Then development and testing in
2-3 iterations, till customer satisfaction/acceptance
is done. Lastly collaboration with other components/legacy
applications and deployment is done. For small custom
desktop and online applications, we use waterfall
methodology. This ensures concrete design and fast
development based on this design. For large projects,
we follow Agile methodology to
ensure smooth and satisfactory delivery in chunks.
Design Techniques: We
use standard design techniques for designing custom
client-server or web application. Database design
is done in ERD format. High Level design is done
before starting of any project. Low Level Design
is done in UML format for Java and component based
architecture design for other languages.
